Returns

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Appliances must be inspected for defects in-store before purchase or upon delivery.
Limited Warranty

For appliances not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we provide a one-year store warranty.

Customers who wish to extend the warranty period may purchase a third-party warranty.

To activate the third-party warranty, customers must register on the third-party provider’s website and bear the cost of the warranty premium.
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty does not cover:

Rust, abuse, infestation, or physical damage

Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

Consumer-replaceable parts
-
Commercial use or pre-existing conditions

Installation faults or failure to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance/installation requirements
No Warranty Coverage
The following items are not covered under any warranty:

Water filters
-
Cosmetic parts, including but not limited to:

Glass cooktops, glass panels, trim, knobs, racks, tubs, baskets, shelves, insulation, hardware, hoses, ice trays, water lines, inlets, and tanks

Structural parts, such as doors and door liners

Recalled units or parts
Warranty Void Conditions

Any work performed on the appliance by the customer or an unauthorized third party will void all warranties.

Any appliance not transported upright during pickup will void the warranty.
Other Important Notes

Issues caused by customer-related factors—such as incorrect size, improper installation, power/water problems, blocked ventilation pipes, or misuse—will require on-site service fees, as well as pick-up and delivery charges.

Customers must inspect their merchandise upon pick-up or delivery and report any damage immediately.

Scratch & dent items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange due to external damages, defects, or cleanliness concerns, as these factors are reflected in our pricing.
