  • We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

  • Appliances must be inspected for defects in-store before purchase or upon delivery.

 

Other Important Notes

  • Issues caused by customer-related factors—such as incorrect size, improper installation, power/water problems, blocked ventilation pipes, or misuse—will require on-site service fees, as well as pick-up and delivery charges.

  • Customers must inspect their merchandise upon pick-up or delivery and report any damage immediately.

  • Scratch & dent items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange due to external damages, defects, or cleanliness concerns, as these factors are reflected in our pricing.
