In-Store Orders

• Your delivery will be scheduled at the time of purchase.

• On the delivery date, you will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

 

Online Orders

• Once your order is placed, our associates will locate your item(s) in our inventory and prepare them for delivery.

• An EZbuy Appliances representative will contact you to schedule the delivery.

• You will also receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

 

Delivery Fees & Conditions

• A delivery fee ($60/small items & $95/large items) is charged at the time of purchase.

• Delivery is limited to the first floor, no step to the house. Additional charges apply for upstairs delivery.

• Our delivery service currently covers Jacksonville, Orange Park, the northern part of Saint Augustine, and Saint Johns, Florida.

• Installation and haul-away services are available for an additional fee.

 

Self-Pickup

• Customers choosing self-pickup must arrange their own assistance for loading.

• Store employees cannot assist with loading due to safety concerns.

 

Third-Party Delivery

• EZbuy Appliances is not responsible for third-party deliveries or any business transactions between customers and third-party delivery providers.

• We do not compensate for damages or losses occurring during third-party deliveries.

Additional Accessories

• Water hoses, vent hoses, and power cords for dryers and stoves are sold separately and are not included in the appliance price.
